We’re at the point in the summer where we open the windows of our earth-sheltered house for an hour in the morning to freshen things up and then close everything up for the day.
I go to draw even in the heat which makes the mountains look like they’re melting.
You are my hero. I love that you have gotten back into painting and it looks like you are maybe back into doing your painting more often. Since my life partner died Nov 2019, a move and covid – I have been in one of the downward spirals and struggling. Reading how you persevere and go on has been truly helpful – yesterday I dug out my paints and a notebook and just sat in the backyard and dabbled a bit. Felt good. Thank you
